WHAT’S A REGATTA?

A regatta is a series of boat races making the rounds through buoys from the start line.
The Committee Boat is in charge of the starting procedure with flags and acoustic signal. From this moment on, teams are coordinated by a professional captain and try to finish the race as fast as possible, following adapting to the regatta rules, climatology and opponents with the same goal. It’s a fun and active activity that join the group creating one spirit in every crew.

WHAT’S A TEAM RACE REGATTA?

A team race regatta is a small group of 5 people maximum that coordinates efforts and abilities working together towards a common goal. There are a lot of similarities between regattas and business.
In business it’s usual to talk about business on a roll, a sinking company or departments at full sail.
The company and regattas also share the same values: team spirit, coordination, leader ship and communication.
